My first encounter with the Irish Terrier took place in our vets office. I was immiedately impressed by the way the terrier presented himself. Red bristled coat and well mannered. An aristocrat for sure!
My interest in the breed ran wild from there. I researched the breed extensively and was intrigued by the Irishs role in history. For many years the Irish has been a loyal companion and remains so today.
Shorty after I found my own Irish Terrier and my passion to raise quality Irish Terriers began!
While watching the Westminster dog show, Jon took an interest in the Welsh Terrier. He thought they looked like a small Airdale--a breed he had always liked.
Again, we researched the breed before pursuing further. We like the many similarities that the Irish and Welsh shared. It was a no-brainer to add a Welsh Terrier to our family.
We are very pleased with the quality of our dogs, and take much pride in providing healthy and happy family companions. We are available to answer any questions you may have before and after you acquire one of our terriers. These are wonderful friends that will not disappoint!
